Retreat Workshops & Experiences
-
Beginner's Mind Workshop
Embrace the freedom and curiosity of a beginner as you start your creative journey this weekend. We'll explore how playful experimentation and letting go of overthinking can unlock your natural creativity. Together, we'll identify and release the limiting beliefs that hold us back, creating space for genuine discovery and joy in the creative process.
-
Ink & Intuition Workshop
Practice breaking free from the pressure of "perfect" in this ink art workshop. Because ink moves and changes as it dries, you are forced to collaborate with the medium rather than micromanage it. We’ll explore layering and "blooming" techniques that celebrate the "happy accident," helping you silence your inner critic and rediscover the joy of pure play.
-
Dreams and Creative Insight Workshop
Learn how dream journaling can unlock your creativity and connect you to your intuition. We'll practice meditation and breathwork to tap into the third eye chakra, helping you access and remember your dreams more clearly. Discover how the symbols and imagery from your dream world can inspire and deepen your creative work.
-
The Art of Rest Eye Pillow Workshop
Craft a custom eye pillow perfect for meditation, yoga nidra, eye strain relief, and winding down before bed. This hands-on session guides you through the basics of decorative embroidery to give your eye pillow a personal touch. Once your design is complete, you’ll create a custom botanical blend to fill your pillow with a relaxing scent to help melt away tension.
This retreat is intentionally limited to a small group to allow for deeper presence, creativity, and restoration during our time together.
