Destinee founded Made for Crafts to share her love of hands-on creativity. With a background in the event industry and co-founding a product business with her husband, Alex, she knows how to bring ideas to life. Destinee has also been a yoga instructor for more than a decade and enjoys blending mindfulness with making, whether in our Made for Crafts workshops or at home.
Destinee enjoys embroidery, sewing, diamond painting, crocheting, and many other creative hobbies. She hopes her products and workshops inspire others to explore, experiment, and enjoy the creative process.

Destinee may be the face of Made for Crafts, but the business wouldn’t run without her husband, Alex. Alex makes sure the ideas actually get off the page with his innovation, thoughtfulness, and a knack for turning Destinee’s wild ideas into products that are even better than imagined. He is an amazing problem-solver and a creative soul in his own right.
